1. Damaged or Different Product:

  • We accept replacements for damaged products. If you notice any damage upon receiving the order, please refuse to accept it and ask the courier to note the damage on the delivery paper.
  • In the case of receiving a different product than what you ordered, we will replace the product.

2. Size Issue:

  • All sunglasses and frames eyewear products come in standard free size, as mentioned in the product description. Returns and refunds related to size issues are not applicable.

3. Return Process:

  • Our policy allows returns within 7 days of purchase. If more than 7 days have passed, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund, replacement, or exchange.
  • To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition as received, including the original packaging.

4. Non-Returnable Items:

  • Certain items cannot be returned, including customized mobile covers, gift cards, and coupons.

5. Refund Process:

  • Refunds are applicable only if the product is out of stock for replacement.
  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, the refund will be processed and applied to your original payment method within 4-7 business days.

  • Only regular-priced items may be refunded; sale items are non-refundable.

9. Gifts:

  • If the item was marked as a gift, you’ll receive a gift credit. If not marked as a gift, the refund will be processed to the original payment method.

  • Customs/Duty Tax may apply based on product category, price, and country policy. SunglassesTrendz is not responsible for such taxes, and it is the buyer’s responsibility at the time of delivery if applicable.
